TooApp lets couples privately share intimate preferences and signal mood to each other, then reflect afterward. It says it never stores names, emails or other personal identifiers, only a random UUID and encrypted data between the two paired users. This is a couples/relationship app for an adult audience (18+), not a software product in the usual sense, so it gets no category here. It was free during launch, across seven languages including English, Russian and Spanish.
