Dagmor helps contact centres and research teams understand completed customer calls. Send existing recordings and get transcripts that keep the original recording names, so a reviewer can read first and open the sound when needed. Teams can use Dagmor just for reports, or use its Call Log and campaign workflow to control the script, review the calls and record a person's final decision. Dagmor can draft a checking script from questions that recur in real calls; teams can also write a specific script themselves. Agent Hero Scores show strong work. Reports cover call performance, conduct, coverage, trends and the customer's own words, including useful remarks between survey questions that tick boxes miss. The first agreed campaign can be tried without paying; if a team stops there it owes nothing. Further work is agreed in advance and priced at €0.04 per recorded minute, rounded by campaign. Audio copies are removed after processing under the published terms.
